Three-one motor

BLH300 High Power Laboratory Mixer

The Mixer You Can't Stall. Grab the shaft by hand mid-run and it barely registers. Now imagine what that means for an unexpected reaction thickening your sample, or a viscosity shift three hours into an unattended run. It just keeps mixing. Any set speed from 5 to 300 rpm, held from the first minute to the last.

Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
Too fast for delicate work: A true 5 rpm floor handles suspension, crystallization, and shear-sensitive dispersions that ordinary mixers spin too fast to touch.
Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

BLH600 High Power Laboratory Mixer

Creams at 10 rpm. Solutions at 600. Same Mixer.

Most benches do not mix one thing. A lotion before lunch, a buffer after, a suspension that thickens as the reaction runs. The 600 rpm model of the 80 W Three-One Motor series covers that spread: 1.3 N·m of torque for creams, gels, and syrups, and a 10 to 600 rpm range that feedback control holds wherever you set it, whatever the material does along the way.

Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
Buying two mixers to cover one bench: 1.3 N·m at 10 rpm turns medium-high viscosity creams and syrups; 600 rpm at the top dissolves and disperses thin liquids. One motor, one chuck, one set of blades.
Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

BLH1200 High Power Laboratory Mixer

1200 rpm With Torque to Spare. Thin batches rarely stay thin. A solution takes up a polymer, a shampoo base builds as the surfactant hydrates, a sauce reduces as it warms. The 1200 rpm model of the 80 W Three-One Motor series dissolves and disperses at speed, then holds that speed with 0.7 N·m behind it as the batch thickens. Any setting from 20 to 1200 rpm, held from the first minute to the last.

Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
A 1200 rpm mixer that bogs down when the batch builds: More than double the torque of the 40 W class at the same speeds keeps syrups, shampoos, and thickening solutions turning at the rate you set.
Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

BLH3000 High Power Laboratory Mixer

3000 rpm. Every One of Them Under Control. High speed is easy to reach and hard to hold. Powders wet in and drag on the blade, an emulsion builds body as it forms, a dispersion changes as particles break down. The 3000 rpm model of the 80 W Three-One Motor series holds whatever speed you set across the full 50 to 3000 rpm range as the batch changes under the blade, and always starts from the lowest speed, never from where you left it.

Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
Emulsions and dispersions that never quite finish: 3000 rpm delivers the shear that thin-liquid dispersing, emulsifying, and dissolving need, with twice the torque of the 40 W class to hold that speed as the batch builds.
Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

BL300 Laboratory Mixer

Sixty Years of Mixing Pastes. Still 5 rpm. The original Three-One Motor has held its shape since 1966 because the job has not changed: turn thick material slowly, hold the speed, do it again tomorrow. The 300 rpm model of the 40 W line brings 1.3 N·m of torque and a true 5 rpm floor to pastes, creams, and gels in bench-size batches, with feedback control holding whatever you set from the first minute to the last.

BL600 Laboratory Mixer

The Mixer Most Benches Start With. Ask a formulation lab which mixer has been on the bench longest and it is usually a 600. The 600 rpm model of the 40 W line covers creams, gels, and syrups at low speed and dissolves and disperses thin liquids at the top, with feedback control holding the speed you set as the batch changes under the blade.

Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
Buying two mixers to cover one bench: 0.7 N·m at 10 rpm turns creams and syrups; 600 rpm at the top dissolves and disperses thin liquids. One motor, one chuck, one set of blades.
Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
