High speed is easy to reach and hard to hold. Powders wet in and drag on the blade, an emulsion builds body as it forms, a dispersion changes as particles break down. The 3000 rpm model of the 80 W Three-One Motor series holds whatever speed you set across the full 50 to 3000 rpm range as the batch changes under the blade, and always starts from the lowest speed, never from where you left it.

• Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
• Emulsions and dispersions that never quite finish: 3000 rpm delivers the shear that thin-liquid dispersing, emulsifying, and dissolving need, with twice the torque of the 40 W class to hold that speed as the batch builds.
• Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
