Friction and Wear Testers and Surface Property Analyzers
The Kett Heidon line of friction and wear testers and surface property analyzers provide unsurpassed performance measurement of friction coefficients (kinetic and static), adhesion, peel strength, tackiness, scratch strength and wear. The flagship 14LFW Multi-Tester allows the user to provide a multitude of different physical characterizations on a single test station, reducing laboratory space requirements, simplifying operator training, and streamlining operation and data collection.
Most systems include a laptop with Kett software for data acquisition, analysis, and reporting. Systems are available for both linear and rotational testing. Specialized equipment can be developed upon request. All models include a one-year warranty and complimentary training.

H14LFW – Multi-purpose Friction, and Surface Analyzer
This test station provides unsurpassed versatility in a single test instrument. A wide array of test fixtures may be placed on the base station to provide multiple tests on the same sample. The H14 included a touch screen and easy setup enabling any staff member to utilize it’s capabilities.
Kett Tracker software is included to provide both a graphical and digital record of each measurement.
H25 – Polymer Stress Crack Analyzer
Provides instant, non-destructive identification of cracks and faults in transparent and translucent polymer samples. Simply place the sample on the large test plate and view through the polarized tope window. Cracks and stress points are immediately identified so that production issues can be documented, and immediately resolved. Also helps when defective parts need to be sorted and removed from a batch. The H25 Polymer Stress Crack Analyzer is simple yet effective. The polarized grating may be rotated to optimize defect identification. Download Brochures
