INDUSTRY | APPLICATION | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|---|
Polymers | Multiple Viscosities | Reciprocating Z+ models eliminate “ring layers” for optimized mixing |
Pulp/Paper | Pulp Mixing | High torque motors allows for consistent mixing even in very viscous material |
Chemicals | Various Reactions | Smooth operation ensures long life for seals |
BLW3000W – High Speed Overhead Lab Mixer
This compact overhead laboratory mixer provides accurate mixing to 3000rpm. Digital input for clear settings. Dual circuit protection (temperature and load) protects the motor and electronics to ensure years of durable, heavy use.
We offer a full product line of mixers to handle any application. If you want a mixer that will still be operational when you retire, the Kett Heidon 3-1 motor is your solution.
Smart sensor design provides for use without need for any PC or controller interface. Minimal maintenance ensures years of life – even in very stressful process environments.
Z+ Models – Unique Reciprocating Laboratory Mixers
The Z+ Series of our 3-1 Laboratory Mixers provides a unique reciprocating action. This is very useful where either the sample is very viscous or where the sample may have extremely varied viscosities. In the first situation, multiple blades can be added to further assist with improving mixing. When multiple viscosities are present, the reciprocating action quickly eliminates ring layers (of unmixed components.
The Z+ is the standard by which other overhead mixers are compared. When you want a mixing system that is as precise as you are and always gets the job completed, the Z+ is the solution.
