Description
One Speed Range That Covers the Whole Bench
Set 10 rpm for a cream, 600 for a solution, or anything between, and automatic feedback control holds it there from the first minute to the last, as the material thins, thickens, or does something you did not plan for. The 600 rpm model of the 80 W Three-One Motor series brings 1.3 N·m of torque to the medium-high viscosity work that fills most formulation and QC days: lotions, gels, syrups, sauces, and the suspensions that change as they run.
Solving the Hard Problems in Medium Viscosity Mixing
- Overload failures that kill the mixer: The current limiter protects the motor from burning out under load. This is an instrument you service and keep, not a throw-away mixer you replace.
- Overload shutdowns that kill the batch: The same limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that cut ordinary mixers off. Your process stays running and the batch survives.
- Speed drift as the batch thickens: Automatic speed feedback compensates for rising viscosity in real time. No manual correction, no drifting results.
- A bench that mixes thick and thin: 1.3 N·m of torque handles creams and syrups at low speed; the 600 rpm ceiling dissolves and disperses thin liquids without switching to a second mixer.
- Unmixed layers in the vessel: Set your forward and reverse cycles once, 5 to 60 seconds each, and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run. The ring-shaped regions that single direction mixing leaves behind never form.
Built for the Formulation Bench
The spark-free brushless motor runs quietly in a sealed body weighing just 2.2 kg, with a keyless collet chuck for fast shaft changes and a stop timer programmable from 30 minutes to 24 hours for unattended runs. Part of the Heidon Three-One Motor line, manufactured by Shinto Scientific and sold and supported in the US by Kett, with every configuration backed by the One-Year Total Care Warranty covering parts, labor, and specification compliance.
Three ways to order. Motor Only is the drive unit alone, ready for the shafts and blades you already run. The P configuration adds the FS7 blade set and a 500 mm stainless steel shaft for a working setup out of the box. The S configuration adds the stand, completing a full mixing station.
Need more torque? The BLH300 High Power Laboratory Mixer doubles the torque to 2.6 N·m for pastes and the thickest materials.
Working with smaller batches? The BL600 Laboratory Mixer brings the same 10 to 600 rpm range and reverse rotation to the 40 W class for batches up to about 5 liters.
