Most benches do not mix one thing. A lotion before lunch, a buffer after, a suspension that thickens as the reaction runs. The 600 rpm model of the 80 W Three-One Motor series covers that spread: 1.3 N·m of torque for creams, gels, and syrups, and a 10 to 600 rpm range that feedback control holds wherever you set it, whatever the material does along the way.

• Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
• Buying two mixers to cover one bench: 1.3 N·m at 10 rpm turns medium-high viscosity creams and syrups; 600 rpm at the top dissolves and disperses thin liquids. One motor, one chuck, one set of blades.
• Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
