1200 rpm With Torque to Spare.

Thin batches rarely stay thin. A solution takes up a polymer, a shampoo base builds as the surfactant hydrates, a sauce reduces as it warms. The 1200 rpm model of the 80 W Three-One Motor series dissolves and disperses at speed, then holds that speed with 0.7 N·m behind it as the batch thickens. Any setting from 20 to 1200 rpm, held from the first minute to the last.

• Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
• A 1200 rpm mixer that bogs down when the batch builds: More than double the torque of the 40 W class at the same speeds keeps syrups, shampoos, and thickening solutions turning at the rate you set.
• Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
