BLH3000SAF High Power Safety Laboratory Mixer

Open the Cover. The Motor Stops. A safety cover only works if it is closed, and the one that gets left open is the one that gets someone hurt. This model wraps the BLH3000 in a full-guard acrylic cover with an interlock: lift it and the motor stops, close it and the run resumes. Underneath is the same 80 W drive, 0.2 N·m and 50 to 3000 rpm held by feedback control, built for water-thin solutions, oils, and emulsions.
  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • Covers that get left open: The interlock cuts the motor the moment the cover lifts. There is no way to run it open, so there is nothing for a rushed operator to forget.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
