Torque You Can Put in a Report. Every overhead stirrer with a torque display is estimating from motor current. This one measures. A calibrated strain-gauge transducer sits in the drive path between motor and shaft, reads the actual torque on the blade to three decimals, and sends it out as a 0 to 5 V signal you can log, chart, and hand to another department. The drive is an 80 W Three-One Motor: 2.0 N·m, 5 to 300 rpm held by feedback control, built for the thickest materials: pastes, creams, and gels at a true 5 rpm floor.

• Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
• Torque figures nobody outside the lab will accept: A factory-calibrated through-shaft transducer, not a motor-current estimate, gives a number that survives scale-up meetings and external review.
• Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
