Three-one motor

Square Cross R Mixing Blade ø70 mm

Medium-Viscosity Circulation, Balanced.

The balanced mid-range geometry from the FS4 and FS7 sets, sold on its own: four crossed arms that keep syrup-thick batches turning. A ø70 mm circulation blade from the Three-One general-purpose line, press-formed in SUS-316 for everyday laboratory service. Supplied as SUS-316 tip, SUS-316 boss, or Titanium tip.

  • Best for: syrups, shampoos, and other medium-viscosity liquids around 10,000 mPa·s
  • Medium viscosity: the crossed profile keeps material moving where a propeller starts to cavitate
  • Fits every ø8 mm shaft: Tip mount fixes at the shaft end with the nut supplied on every Heidon ø8 mm shaft; boss mount clamps anywhere on the shaft with a set screw and stacks for multi-stage mixing

Price range: $11.00 through $38.00

BLH1200FT High Power Torque Trend Laboratory Mixer

See the Batch Change Before You Can. A batch that thickens, a reaction that finishes, a dispersion that finally breaks: the mixer feels each one as torque long before an operator sees it. This model puts that signal on a cable. Converted torque and speed stream out as analog signals to any data logger, so a viscosity trend becomes a curve on a screen instead of a guess. Underneath is the BLH1200: 80 W, 0.7 N·m, 20 to 1200 rpm held by feedback control.
  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • Batches that finish when nobody is watching: Torque and speed stream out on the included cable to your data logger; the curve flattens when the reaction ends, and the record shows when.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

Price range: $2,795.00 through $3,395.00

Soft Cross Mixing Blade ø70 mm

Gentle Mixing for Foam-Prone Liquids.

A soft-edged cross that keeps thin liquids moving without drawing air into them. A ø70 mm anti-foaming blade from the Three-One general-purpose line, press-formed in SUS-316 for everyday laboratory service. Supplied as SUS-316 tip or SUS-316 boss.

  • Best for: thin liquids where air entrainment must be avoided
  • Foam control: the chart's anti-foaming choice for liquids around 1,000 mPa·s, cultures, and surfactant solutions
  • Fits every ø8 mm shaft: Tip mount fixes at the shaft end with the nut supplied on every Heidon ø8 mm shaft; boss mount clamps anywhere on the shaft with a set screw and stacks for multi-stage mixing

Price range: $11.00 through $22.00

Tombo Mixing Blade ø100 mm

Made for the Narrow-Mouth Flask.

Heidon's dragonfly blade, shaped for flasks whose mouths are narrower than the blade a full-size vessel would take. A ø100 mm circulation blade from the Three-One general-purpose line, press-formed in SUS-316 for everyday laboratory service. Supplied as a SUS-316 tip.

  • Best for: circulation in narrow-mouth flasks
  • Narrow-mouth flasks: the tombo profile reaches ø100 mm of sweep inside a flask that cannot admit a fixed blade of that size
  • Fits every ø8 mm shaft: Tip mount fixes at the shaft end with the nut supplied on every Heidon ø8 mm shaft

$55.00

Dispa Dispersing Blade

High Shear Where the Batch Needs Breaking Down.

A saw-tooth dispersing disc that puts intense shear at the blade rim: agglomerates break, pigments wet in, emulsions tighten. Part of Heidon's handmade mixing-efficiency line: fabricated rather than pressed, for benches where blade geometry decides the result. Available in ø40, ø60, ø80, ø100 mm.

  • Best for: dispersing, emulsifying, and dissolving up to about 10,000 mPa·s
  • Shear at the rim: the toothed disc works at the blade edge, where tip speed is highest
  • Handmade line: fabricated stainless construction, sized in steps so the blade can be matched to the vessel

Price range: $88.00 through $132.00

BLH3000FT High Power Torque Trend Laboratory Mixer

See the Batch Change Before You Can. A batch that thickens, a reaction that finishes, a dispersion that finally breaks: the mixer feels each one as torque long before an operator sees it. This model puts that signal on a cable. Converted torque and speed stream out as analog signals to any data logger, so a viscosity trend becomes a curve on a screen instead of a guess. Underneath is the BLH3000: 80 W, 0.2 N·m, 50 to 3000 rpm held by feedback control.
  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
