Three-one motor

BL600FT Torque Trend Laboratory Mixer

See the Batch Change Before You Can. A batch that thickens, a reaction that finishes, a dispersion that finally breaks: the mixer feels each one as torque long before an operator sees it. This model puts that signal on a cable. Converted torque and speed stream out as analog signals to any data logger, so a viscosity trend becomes a curve on a screen instead of a guess. Underneath is the BL600: 40 W, 0.7 N·m, 10 to 600 rpm held by feedback control.
  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • Batches that finish when nobody is watching: Torque and speed stream out on the included cable to your data logger; the curve flattens when the reaction ends, and the record shows when.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

4-Blade Propeller

Strong Discharge for Bigger Vessels.

A four-blade propeller, ø100 mm, for the pumping action a large bench vessel needs. Part of Heidon's handmade mixing-efficiency line: fabricated rather than pressed, for benches where blade geometry decides the result. Supplied in ø100 mm.

  • Best for: fast turnover of thin to medium liquids in larger vessels
  • Axial pumping: four blades move more volume per turn than the standard propeller, at the same shaft speed
  • Handmade line: fabricated stainless construction, sized in steps so the blade can be matched to the vessel

2-Blade Inclined Paddle

The Simplest Paddle, in Three Sizes.

Two angled blades on a hub, the economical entry to multi-stage circulation; stack them to carry a thick batch. Part of Heidon's handmade mixing-efficiency line: fabricated rather than pressed, for benches where blade geometry decides the result. Available in ø80, ø120, ø150 mm.

  • Best for: medium to high viscosity circulation, stacked in stages for honey-thick batches
  • Sized to the vessel: ø80, ø120, and ø150 mm cover beakers through small tanks under the 60 percent rule
  • Handmade line: fabricated stainless construction, sized in steps so the blade can be matched to the vessel

Price range: $72.00 through $110.00

BL1200FT Torque Trend Laboratory Mixer

See the Batch Change Before You Can. A batch that thickens, a reaction that finishes, a dispersion that finally breaks: the mixer feels each one as torque long before an operator sees it. This model puts that signal on a cable. Converted torque and speed stream out as analog signals to any data logger, so a viscosity trend becomes a curve on a screen instead of a guess. Underneath is the BL1200: 40 W, 0.3 N·m, 20 to 1200 rpm held by feedback control.
