Ask a formulation lab which mixer has been on the bench longest and it is usually a 600. The 600 rpm model of the 40 W line covers creams, gels, and syrups at low speed and dissolves and disperses thin liquids at the top, with feedback control holding the speed you set as the batch changes under the blade.

• Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
