The Mixer You Can't Stall.
Grab the shaft by hand mid-run and it barely registers. Now imagine what that means for an unexpected reaction thickening your sample, or a viscosity shift three hours into an unattended run. It just keeps mixing. Any set speed from 5 to 300 rpm, held from the first minute to the last.
Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
Too fast for delicate work: A true 5 rpm floor handles suspension, crystallization, and shear-sensitive dispersions that ordinary mixers spin too fast to touch.
Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
Remote-Controlled High Torque Mixing System — No Longer Manufactured
This system paired a high-torque laboratory mixer with a separate control box, so speed and direction could be set from outside a fume hood or from process equipment. It shipped as a complete package ready to mix high-viscosity and changing-viscosity materials.
Remote control box: Speed and direction set away from the mixer, or by an external analog signal.
Speed and torque output: Analog output let a data logger or PC track viscosity changes during a run.
Complete system: Mixer, controller, support stand, shaft, and blade in one package.
