This device allows the user to maintain correct moisture content when drying paddy rice in a circulator.
Set the moisture control to the desired moisture content and turn the selector switch to the automatic mode. Using electrical resistance, individual kernels are captured in the sensor and moisture content obtained.
The dryer will be stopped when the kernel moisture reaches the desired level. Correct drying will occur each time, optimizing production, while eliminating loss due to product variance.
A compact, easy-to-use unit for laboratory or near-line applications.
Put the sample into the disposable dish and place the dish on the turntable. The system detects the sample, the turntable rotates for six seconds of measuring, and the moisture percentage is displayed on the screen.
RS232 connectivity allows for automated data collection. With the KJT200's speed and accuracy, hundreds of samples can be tested every hour.
in stature but large in performance, the 900 Series features a one-piece integrated electronic gauge. Economically priced, the accuracy is comparable with high-end competitive units.
These systems are battery operated, are able to store one or two calibrations (depending on the version), and contain the capability to display in mils or um while including all the necessary accessories.
Calibration foils, carrying pouch, and batteries are included in this system. Sculpted to conform to the hand, the 900 provides hours of comfortable operation and an integrated tube-stock guide increases versatility.
Non-ferrous substrates can be measured.
Advanced Electric Rice Husker
A sample of brown rice (about 20g) is placed in the husker and the husk is quickly removed. Simply press a button and the rice is separated from the chaff. This is useful to prepare the rice for a variety of tests including moisture analysis.
The TR260 has a sample cover to keep rice inside the chamber. It also includes a universal power supply (AC 100-240V - 50/60Hz)
The rice husker is an ideal device for crop inspection centers, license centers, or any crop/food processing facility where rice moisture measurement takes place.
