in stature but large in performance, the 900 Series features a one-piece integrated electronic gauge. With this instrument being economically priced, accuracy is comparable with high-end competitive units.
The systems are battery operated, the ability to store one or two calibrations(depending on the version), and its capability to display in mils or um while including all the necessary accessories.
Calibration foils, carrying pouch, and batteries are all included with this instrument. Sculpted to conform to the hand, the 900 provides hours of comfortable operation and an integrated tube-stock guide increases versatility.
Ferrous substrates can be measured.
Advanced Rice Grain Freshness Tester The "Freshness Meister" is a joint development between and the Japan Grain Inspection Association. By placing polished rice in the measuring tray, adding color with a pH indicator, then reading the sample with a scanner and analyzing the image of each individual grain of rice, it is possible to manage rice freshness using images and numerical values. Since it is possible to quantify the testing process without relying on detecting color differences with the naked eye, it is thus possible to completely standardize the freshness measurement. The test utilizes pH indicator specified by the Japan Grain Inspection Association.
The KJT10 is the world's first compact on-line system using pulsed light, through Infrared Emitting Diodes (IRED's) to measure product composition. With refresh rates of 0.1 seconds, the KJT10 can be used to measure products such as cookies, pharmaceutical dosages, consumer goods, or any production process where product is not continuously present. When integrated with the Tracker data collection and analysis software, this capability can result in improved error detection, analysis and elimination.
Electric Rice Husker - 100VAC.
A small brown rice sample (about 20g) is placed in the husker and the husk is quickly removed. Simply press a button and the rice is separated from the chaff. This is useful for to prepare the rice for a variety of tests including moisture analysis.
The rice husker is an ideal device for crop inspection centers, license centers, or any crop/food processing facility where rice moisture measurement takes place.
Obsolete
This instrument allows rice producers and processors to quickly and efficiently categorize their grain quality without the need for tedious manual analysis.
The rice inspector shines light on each individual grain of brown or polished rice to determine it's color. Based on transparency/reflection, a line sensor determines shape characteristics to physically separate the sample into five classes.
Up to 2000 grains can be tested per batch at a rate of 12 rice kernels per second. A percentage breakdown for each class (even, cracked, immature, discolored, dead) is displayed and can be recorded when attached to an optional thermal printer. Selection levels can be adjusted. The RN600 updates the industry-standard RN-500.
