The PQ510 was the second-generation desktop single-kernel moisture meter from Kett, refining the PQ500 design with expanded rice and barley calibration coverage while keeping the same desktop chassis. Current production has moved to the PQ520, which introduced a new chassis design with faster throughput, USB output, universal voltage, and significantly expanded calibrations.
Refined single-kernel design: DC resistance measurement of each kernel, with average moisture, kernel count, and LED histogram display. Sample sizes selectable from 10 to 1,000 kernels.
Expanded calibrations vs. PQ500: Added polished rice and naked barley alongside the PQ500's paddy rice, brown rice, wheat, and barley calibrations.
