High Speed Online NIR Moisture Meter: Built for Product That Comes and Goes Most online sensors assume a continuous bed of product under the head. This one was built for the opposite: discrete items moving past on a line, measured fast enough to catch each one.

Measures Intermittent Product: Fast enough for cookies, tablets, and packaged goods passing under the sensor with gaps between them.
No Moving Parts in the Optics: Pulsed infrared emitting diodes instead of a lamp and filter wheel, so nothing rotates and nothing burns out.
Wide Environmental Range: Universal power input and operation across a broad temperature and humidity band.
Small Measurement Spot: A 20 mm spot at close focal distance, sized for individual items rather than bulk flow.

KJT30 Compact Online NIR Moisture Meter

Compact Online NIR Moisture Meter: Smart Head Design, No Controller Cabinet Moisture measurement on a running line, from a sensor that mounts over the product and needs nothing else on the wall. Everything the measurement requires sits inside the head itself, which is what made this the smallest online system Kett built.

Instrument in a Single Head: No controller box, no separate enclosure, no rack space. The head mounts on four bolts and reads directly.
Reads Without Touching: Measures from 170 mm above the line, so nothing contacts the product and nothing interrupts the process.
Expandable to 30 Points: Network up to 30 heads on a single line and add measurement points as the process grows.
Built to Stay in Place: Integral air purge, temperature compensation, and a dust and drip resistant industrial housing for continuous duty.
