Smallest Inline NIR Footprint: 7 kg, compact form factor, mounts in any orientation. Drops into existing lines, retrofits, and tight installations where larger sensors won't fit.
True Smart Sensor: 50 on-board calibrations stored in the head. No PC required for operation — the sensor measures, calculates and outputs values on its own.
Direct Plant Integration: 4–20 mA analog plus RS485/RS232 digital outputs feed directly into your PLC, SCADA, DCS or historian. Optional converters for wireless, Ethernet/IP and DeviceNet networks.
Non-Contact, Non-Destructive: 100 mm (optimal) focal length from the bottom of the air purge snout. The sensor never touches the product — no contamination, no wear, no cleanup.
On-line process moisture analyzer. Utilizing smarthead technology, this system provides instant, non-contact, non-destructive measurement of liquids and solids.
