The cost-effective 94L Production System provides instant, on-line measurement of liquids, solids and slurries without sample preparation, handling or alteration. The compact rugged design allows placement in locations where the environment is unfriendly and space is minimal.
Integrated electronics provide high-quality, long-term performance on an easily affordable budget. 4-20mA output, high/low alarms, automatic measurement smoothing and integrated input for temperature and density compensation are just a few of the primary features.

Designed for use on the production floor, moisture content can be transmitted to process control loops for automated monitoring and production optimization.
Integrated air purge, humidity, and temperature compensation provide measurement stability in the harshest of environments. The bright LED on the measurement head allows production staff to monitor levels without going to the control room. 99 product calibrations can be stored in each head, providing for years of product expansion and system utilization. The PC includes all cables and connectors needed to start operation.
Also included is Tracker, our integrated calibration, process monitoring and data collection system. This program provides a full relational database for data storage and analysis as well as real-time graphing program for process control.

This device allows the user to maintain correct moisture content when drying paddy rice in a circulator.
Set the moisture control to the desired moisture content and turn the selector switch to the automatic mode. Using electrical resistance, individual kernels are captured in the sensor and moisture content obtained.
The dryer will be stopped when the kernel moisture reaches the desired level. Correct drying will occur each time, optimizing production, while eliminating loss due to product variance.
