A sensor on its own is only part of the job. Calibrations have to be built, results have to go somewhere useful, and someone has to know how to run it. The KJT350 packaged all of that: the KJT330 sensor head, a processor unit and PC with Kett Tracker software, every cable and connector needed, and operator training.
The head measures from 350 mm above the surface across a 50 mm spot, with no contact and no sampling, and responds in approximately two seconds. Its aluminum casting is dust proof and drip proof, and the tungsten lamp and filter motor are both rated at 20,000 hours. The processor unit ships desktop or panel mount, and analog output drives your existing control loops directly. Purge enclosures and cooling systems were available for hose down areas and high ambient temperatures.
Each system shipped with Kett’s One Year Total Care Warranty covering parts, labor, and specification compliance. Maintenance Agreements are available.
The KJT350 is no longer manufactured. It succeeded the KJT300 system and was built around the KJT330 sensor head.
