The KJT703 measures moisture and water activity continuously to 0.001% on open production lines: belt conveyors, screw conveyors, sluices, drop chutes, and gravity feeds. The sensor sees the product directly, scans at 0.1-second refresh, and reports moisture in real time. It shares the field-proven online platform of the KJT700 composition analyzer, configured for moisture measurement alone.

Up to 99 moisture calibrations are stored on each sensor head, and multiple heads network to a single connection for multi-point installations across a production line. NIR reflectance keeps the measurement non-contact and non-destructive, with automatic zero adjustment and on-board self-diagnostics for unattended operation. Each KJT703 ships with Kett’s One-Year Total Care Warranty on parts, labor, and specification compliance. Post-warranty maintenance agreements and on-site calibration services are available.
