Slurries, washed product, and material coming straight off a wet process sit at moisture levels that most online sensors were never calibrated to handle. The KJT30S is the high moisture configuration of Kett’s compact online head, set up for product running around 50 percent and above.
A single head handles 15 calibration channels, each built by regression against your own reference values, with an offset correction available when line conditions shift. Up to 30 heads network together so additional measurement points are added without redesigning the system, and Kett Tracker software on a connected PC handles calibration, trending, alarms, and logging. Analog output drives your existing control system directly. The tungsten lamp and filter wheel are both field replaceable, with lamp life rated at 20,000 hours.
Each unit shipped with Kett’s One Year Total Care Warranty covering parts, labor, and specification compliance. Maintenance Agreements are available.
The KJT30S is no longer manufactured. It was the high moisture version of the KJT30, identical in every respect except calibrated range.
