Grain and Pasta Moisture Tester

The PB3000 is obsolete and has been replaced by our PB3100 series. Please see the PB3100. The PB-3000 is a rice and grain moisture tester initially intended to measure the moisture content of rice imported to Japan. The base unit has been modeled after the PB-1D2 rice and grain moisture tester which is used by many companies and is highly valued for its precision and durability. In response to rice importation from various countries around the world, calibrations within this instrument will measure short, medium, and long grain rice. In addition, domestic (Japanese) brown and polished rice moisture can also be measured. Finally, calibrations are included for pasta, tapioca flour and corn flour. PC 820 – Coffee / Cacao

model was developed in cooperation with the Institute of France for Coffee and Cacao. It is the official standard of the government of the Ivory Coast. Quick and easy measurements are made by pushing the probe into the sack and the moisture content is displayed on the large analog panel. Additional models are available for the corn, paddy rice, or peanuts (hulled/unhulled).
