Grain and Pasta Moisture Tester

The PB3000 is obsolete and has been replaced by our PB3100 series.  Please see the PB3100. The PB-3000 is a rice and grain moisture tester initially intended to measure the moisture content of rice imported to Japan. The base unit has been modeled after the PB-1D2 rice and grain moisture tester which is used by many companies and is highly valued for its precision and durability. In response to rice importation from various countries around the world, calibrations within this instrument will measure short, medium, and long grain rice. In addition, domestic (Japanese) brown and polished rice moisture can also be measured. Finally, calibrations are included for pasta, tapioca flour and corn flour. PB3104 Pasta Moisture Tester

Pasta Moisture Tester: Built-In Crusher, Instant Readings, and Six Wheat-Based Settings Measure moisture in wheat, flour, noodles, and pasta in seconds, without a separate grinder or oven. An integrated crusher prepares the sample and the unit returns a reading in about three seconds, so production and quality staff can act on the result on the spot.
