Unique design allows for inline measurement of products. Grain kernels or discrete products are individually measured for moisture content. This allows not only the average moisture to be calculated but also the standard deviation of the moisture content. This capability provides tremendous assistance in evaluating process efficiency and stability as well as supplier consistency.
Data is displayed on the separate touch-screen controller. With our optional software, the data can be consolidated, displayed, and tracked. The software includes a 5 year update policy and cloud storage (if desired). When the cloud storage option is accepted, authorized personnel can view the data real-time on their mobile devices.
Threshold settings, alarm activations and more are included.
