Inline Moisture Monitoring for Corn, Soybean, and Grain

The RX30 brings continuous moisture measurement into the grain flow for facilities handling large grains. Its single-kernel sensor installs inline, inside an elevator or bucket, and measures moisture as grain passes through, covering corn and soybean as well as barley, wheat, and rice. Operators see live moisture on a touch-panel controller and can act the moment readings drift, with no need to stop and pull samples. The system scales from a single measurement point to a full facility network.

The RX30 uses a Kett single-kernel electrical resistance sensor designed for larger grains, with calibration curves developed by Kett for corn, soybean, and a full range of cereal and rice grains. Readings flow to a touch-panel controller and to PC software that consolidates data across every connected sensor, generates PDF reports, and integrates with external databases. Cable runs reach up to 500 meters, so sensors can sit where the grain is while the controller stays accessible. Optional cloud storage adds remote monitoring and long-term comparison. The system includes five years of data updates and is backed by the One Year Kett Total Care Warranty, covering parts, labor, and specification compliance.
