Composition Sensor Head: Four Component Measurement, Sold On Its Own
The measurement head from the KJT500 system, available separately for installations that already had a processor unit or needed an additional measurement point on an existing line.

Not every installation needed a complete system. The KJT500SH was the KJT500 sensor head sold separately, for plants that already had a processor unit running and wanted to add a measurement point, or that were integrating the head directly into their own control architecture.
The head measures from 350 mm above the surface across a 50 mm spot and responds in approximately two seconds. It stores 99 analytical curves fitted from your own reference values. The aluminum casting is dust proof and drip proof, the air purge hood keeps the optical window clear, and the tungsten lamp and filter motor are both rated at 20,000 hours and field replaceable.
Each unit shipped with Kett’s One Year Total Care Warranty covering parts, labor, and specification compliance. Maintenance Agreements are available.
