Develop your calibrations on a connected PC, upload up to 100 channels (three components each) to the unit, and it runs standalone, measuring continuously without a computer attached. Continuous, command, hardware, and level-triggered modes let it measure on its own schedule or synchronize to your process, and a scalable analog output drives a PLC, SCADA system, or chart recorder directly. The same standalone sensor mounts over a conveyor for continuous online measurement or on a bench stand for at-line spot checks, so one unit serves both the process line and the QC bench. The enclosed stainless and aluminum housing withstands dust and washdown, and the tungsten light source is rated for 20,000 hours. Resolution reaches 0.001% (10 ppm); how closely a reading tracks your lab depends on the precision of the reference method the calibration is built against, since any NIR analyzer can only be as accurate as the referee method for that product.
