The Tribovac2000 is a vacuum friction and wear tester designed to incorporate various types of testing equipment inside a vacuum tank. It contains support for various types of friction and wear testing along with various testing conditions. As a loading method, this instrument utilizes the weight loading switching method with a turntable of 60mm as its diameter.
This Heidon product is a variable normal load friction and wear measurement system. It adds displacement measurement and image recording to the friction measurement.
The reliability and precision of this system is maintained while various functions have been included. The HHS2000/HHS3000 contains the ability of both high and low vertical loading with a travel speed of 0.1-20mm/second, an AC servo motor as its drive motor, and a rack and pinon as its drive method.
Now with it's wider range measurement range, the H35 allows for testing from a minimum of 20g to a maximum of 100kg. This allows for optimal rotational wear testing due to its ability to address low and high speeds. The H35 can conduct a single test up to a maximum of 9,999,999 times. The H35 also utilizes a non-contact type of thermometer with an interlocking system as its opening and closing type (safety cover).
