Near Infrared Moisture Meters

The KJT10 is the world's first compact on-line system using pulsed light, through Infrared Emitting Diodes (IRED's) to measure product composition. With refresh rates of 0.1 seconds, the KJT10 can be used to measure products such as cookies, pharmaceutical dosages, consumer goods, or any production process where product is not continuously present. When integrated with the Tracker data collection and analysis software, this capability can result in improved error detection, analysis and elimination.

Obsolete Entry level on-line process moisture analyzer. Utilizing smarthead technology, this system provides instant, non-contact, non-destructive measurement of liquids and solids. May be mounted in any orientation. Small form-factor allows for simple placement when updating or retrofitting existing process lines. Sensor Head included in KJT350 System. This sensor provides instant, non-contact, non-destructive measurement on liquids and solids. The 4-20mA output can be used for automatic process control. Obsolete Designed for use on the production floor, moisture content can be transmitted to process control loops for automated monitoring and production optimization. Integrated air purge, humidity, and temperature compensation provide measurement stability in the harshest of environments. The bright LED on the measurement head allows production staff to monitor levels without going to the control room. 99 product calibrations can be stored in each head, providing for years of product expansion and system utilization. The PC includes all cables and connectors needed to start operation. Also included is Tracker, our integrated calibration, process monitoring and data collection system.
