Inline NIR Composition Analyzer for High-Moisture Product — Resolves Totals Into Individual Constituents, in Real Time, Inside Your Process The BSF1000 measures composition where you cannot see it: inside dryers, convey lines, and liquid streams. Reading the full near-infrared spectrum through fiber-optic probes, it does more than report a total. It resolves that total into the individual constituents that make it up: not just total fat, but the individual fatty acids; not just total sugar, but the separate sugars. Its 640 to 1050 nm band is suited to high-moisture product, delivering continuous composition data from inside your process without sampling and without waiting for the lab.

This completely unique instrument uses Near Infrared Light for instant, non-contact, non-destructive testing of liquid and solid samples.
