Full-Spectrum NIR Composition Analyzer with Integrated Touchscreen PC — Resolves Totals Into Individual Constituents
The BSS1700 is a self-contained scanning spectrometer: the calibration software runs on a full touchscreen PC built into the instrument, so it develops, stores, and runs your composition methods without an external computer. Reading the full near-infrared spectrum, it does more than report a total. It resolves that total into the individual constituents that make it up: not just total fat, but the individual fatty acids; not just total sugar, but the separate sugars.
Sees individual constituents, not just totals: Full-spectrum measurement separates a combined value into its parts, where a filter-based sensor returns one aggregate number.
Self-contained, with onboard calibration: The integrated 8.4" touchscreen PC runs Unscrambler X calibration software directly on the instrument, no separate computer required to build or run methods.
Up to three components at once: Measure up to three organic components simultaneously across the 900 to 1700 nm NIR band.
InGaAs array detector: A full-spectrum scan every second, up to 512 wavelengths, for stable composition measurement.
