The sensor head reads product from above with no contact and no sampling, turning periodic lab checks into continuous process data.

• Multi-component measurement: Filter-based NIR reads organic components simultaneously, refreshed every 0.1 seconds.
• No controller required: PC software is standard and up to 50 calibrations store on the sensor head — the dedicated controller is optional.
• Built for the plant floor: Cast aluminum dust- and drip-resistant housing, air-purge hood, and an optional cooling fan for environments up to 65°C.
