Inline Paddy Moisture Control, Automatic Dryer Shutoff
The PT2400 measures paddy rice moisture continuously inside a circulating dryer, reading individual kernels by electrical resistance as grain moves through. Set your target moisture, switch to automatic mode, and the system stops the dryer the moment the paddy reaches the level you want.
Automatic dryer control: Stops the dryer at your moisture setpoint, so every batch dries to target instead of guesswork.
Continuous in-dryer reading: Moisture is measured in the grain flow, with no scooping samples and no pausing to check progress.
Single-kernel electrical resistance: Individual kernels are captured and measured, with automatic temperature correction across the drying range.
Local bias correction: A bias dial lets you correlate readings to your own reference standard when needed.

The measurement head at the center of Kett's production line moisture systems. All calibration and calculation happens inside the head, so it reads on its own LED at the line and reports to a control system without a PC in the loop.
