KJT70 Instant Online Composition Analyzer Sensor Head

Online NIR Composition Meter — Instant, Non-Contact, Multi-Component Measure moisture, protein, fat/oil, and other organic components in real time, directly on your process line. The sensor head reads product from above with no contact and no sampling, turning periodic lab checks into continuous process data.

Multi-component measurement: Filter-based NIR reads organic components simultaneously, refreshed every 0.1 seconds.
No controller required: PC software is standard and up to 50 calibrations store on the sensor head — the dedicated controller is optional.
Built for the plant floor: Cast aluminum dust- and drip-resistant housing, air-purge hood, and an optional cooling fan for environments up to 65°C.
Feeds your control system: 4–20 mA analog output plus RS-485 and RS-232C connect directly to a PLC, recorder, or PC.
