Heidon mixer

BL1200 Laboratory Mixer

Dissolve It, Disperse It, Hold the Speed.

Solutions, syrups, shampoo bases, thin sauces: the everyday work that needs speed more than force. The 1200 rpm model of the 40 W line dissolves and disperses at speed and holds that speed with feedback control as the batch builds, from 20 rpm for a gentle fold to 1200 rpm to draw a powder down.

  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • A mixer that drifts as the batch builds: Feedback control holds the set speed as a solution takes up polymer or a shampoo base hydrates. No manual correction, no drifting results.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

Price range: $1,795.00 through $2,195.00

BL3000 Laboratory Mixer

3000 rpm for Emulsions, Started Gently.

Emulsions, dispersions, and powders that need to wet in fast. The 3000 rpm model of the 40 W line delivers the shear that thin-liquid work needs and always starts from the lowest speed, so the blade meets the liquid gently and you bring it up on your terms. Feedback control holds any setting from 50 to 3000 rpm as the batch forms.

  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • Emulsions and dispersions that never quite finish: 3000 rpm delivers the shear that thin-liquid dispersing, emulsifying, and dissolving need, held steady by feedback control as the batch builds body.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

BL600Z Reciprocating Laboratory Mixer

Mixes Up and Down, Not Just Around.

Rotary mixing moves material around the vessel. It does not move it up and down, which is why a round-and-round mixer leaves a vessel that is uniform in rings and not top to bottom. This model adds a 30 mm vertical stroke to every eight rotations, driving axial flow through the batch so the whole vessel reaches uniformity faster. Everything else is the BL600: 0.7 N·m, 10 to 600 rpm, feedback control.

  • Vessels that mix in rings, not top to bottom: A 30 mm up-and-down stroke every eight rotations drives axial flow through the batch, so uniformity reaches the whole vessel instead of a band around the blade.
  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

BLW300 Heavy Duty Laboratory Mixer

4.5 N·m. Pilot-Plant Torque on a Lab Stand.

When a bench mixer bogs down in a 20-liter vessel of paste, the answer is not a bigger bench mixer. The 300 rpm model of the 120 W Three-One Motor series delivers 4.5 N·m, four times the torque of the standard line, through a drill chuck that takes ø12 shafts and the large 12-series blades. Feedback control holds any speed from 5 to 300 rpm as the batch thickens.

  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • Bench mixers that stall in pilot batches: 4.5 N·m turns pastes, creams, and heavy gels in vessels a 40 W or 80 W mixer cannot keep moving, with a true 5 rpm floor for slow, shear-sensitive work.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

Price range: $4,295.00 through $4,995.00

BLW600 Heavy Duty Laboratory Mixer

Pilot-Batch Torque From Creams to Solutions.

The 600 rpm model of the 120 W Three-One Motor series brings 2.2 N·m to the pilot-scale middle ground: creams, gels, and syrups at low speed, thin solutions dissolved and dispersed at the top, in vessels that bench mixers cannot keep turning. A drill chuck takes ø12 shafts and 12-series blades; feedback control holds any speed from 10 to 600 rpm.

  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • Buying two mixers to cover one pilot bench: 2.2 N·m at 10 rpm turns creams and syrups; 600 rpm at the top dissolves and disperses thin liquids. One motor, ø12 shafts, 12-series blades.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

BLW1200 Heavy Duty Laboratory Mixer

1200 rpm With Pilot-Plant Headroom.

Large solution batches take up polymer, shampoo bases hydrate, sauces reduce, and the mixer that dissolved them at speed has to keep that speed as they build. The 1200 rpm model of the 120 W Three-One Motor series holds any setting from 20 to 1200 rpm with 1.2 N·m behind it, through a drill chuck that takes ø12 shafts and large blades.

  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • A fast mixer that bogs down in a big batch: 1.2 N·m, four times the 40 W class at the same speeds, keeps pilot-size syrups, shampoos, and thickening solutions turning at the rate you set.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
