Pilot-Batch Torque From Creams to Solutions.

The 600 rpm model of the 120 W Three-One Motor series brings 2.2 N·m to the pilot-scale middle ground: creams, gels, and syrups at low speed, thin solutions dissolved and dispersed at the top, in vessels that bench mixers cannot keep turning. A drill chuck takes ø12 shafts and 12-series blades; feedback control holds any speed from 10 to 600 rpm.

• Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
• Buying two mixers to cover one pilot bench: 2.2 N·m at 10 rpm turns creams and syrups; 600 rpm at the top dissolves and disperses thin liquids. One motor, ø12 shafts, 12-series blades.
• Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.
