TE600 Torque Measurement Laboratory Mixer

Measured Torque, Not Motor Current.

Every overhead stirrer with a torque display is estimating from motor current. This one measures. A calibrated strain-gauge transducer sits in the drive path between motor and shaft, reads the actual torque on the blade to three decimals, and sends it out as a 0 to 5 V signal you can log, chart, and hand to another department. The drive is an 80 W Three-One Motor: 1.0 N·m, 10 to 600 rpm held by feedback control, built for creams, gels, and syrups, and thin liquids at the top of the range.

  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.
  • Torque figures nobody outside the lab will accept: A factory-calibrated through-shaft transducer, not a motor-current estimate, gives a number that survives scale-up meetings and external review.
  • Unmixed layers single-direction mixing leaves behind: Set forward and reverse cycles once and the mixer alternates automatically for the entire run, breaking up the ring-shaped dead zones.

Price range: $16,395.00 through $16,995.00

TE1200 Torque Measurement Laboratory Mixer

The Torque Meter That Also Mixes.

The drive is an 80 W Three-One Motor: 0.5 N·m, 20 to 1200 rpm held by feedback control, built for syrups, solutions, and the thin batches that build as they run.

  • Mixers killed by overload: The current limiter keeps the motor driving through loads that shut ordinary mixers down. No throw-away mixers, no burned-out windings, no throw-away batches.

EP200 Air Motor Laboratory Mixer

No Electricity. No Ignition Source. 2.6 N·m.

Some rooms allow no electrical equipment at all, and some mixing points are simply nowhere near an outlet. This mixer needs neither. An air motor rated 0.3 HP turns the shaft, a needle valve on the panel sets the speed, and a regulator and lubricator in the included separator unit condition the supply. Rated 190 rpm with 2.6 N·m allowable torque, for pastes, adhesives, and solvent-based creams. Nothing electrical enters the room.

  • Rooms where nothing electric is allowed: The drive is an air motor and the controls are a needle valve. There is no motor winding, no display, no cable, and nothing to certify. Connect 0.5 MPaG air and mix.
  • Air mixers that arrive as a kit of parts: The separator unit with filter, lubricator, regulator, and turbine oil ships in the box with the hose, chuck handle, and clamp holder.
  • Overload that breaks the gears: Allowable torque is a hard limit on an air motor, so match the model to the material: lower rated speed, higher torque.

Price range: $4,795.00 through $5,495.00

EP400 Air Motor Laboratory Mixer

Air-Driven Torque for Coatings and Gels.

Rated 400 rpm with 1.3 N·m allowable torque, for coatings, gels, and solvent-thinned creams. Nothing electrical enters the room.

  • Rooms where nothing electric is allowed: The drive is an air motor and the controls are a needle valve. There is no motor winding, no display, no cable, and nothing to certify. Connect 0.5 MPaG air and mix.

EP700 Air Motor Laboratory Mixer

Air-Driven Dissolving Where Power Cannot Go.

Rated 700 rpm with 0.7 N·m allowable torque, for solvent solutions, inks, and thinned coatings. Nothing electrical enters the room.

  • Rooms where nothing electric is allowed: The drive is an air motor and the controls are a needle valve. There is no motor winding, no display, no cable, and nothing to certify. Connect 0.5 MPaG air and mix.

EP1800 Air Motor Laboratory Mixer

1800 rpm on Compressed Air Alone.

Rated 1800 rpm with 0.2 N·m allowable torque, for thin solvent blends and dispersions. Nothing electrical enters the room.

  • Rooms where nothing electric is allowed: The drive is an air motor and the controls are a needle valve. There is no motor winding, no display, no cable, and nothing to certify. Connect 0.5 MPaG air and mix.
