Air-Driven Dissolving Where Power Cannot Go.

Some rooms allow no electrical equipment at all, and some mixing points are simply nowhere near an outlet. This mixer needs neither. An air motor rated 0.3 HP turns the shaft, a needle valve on the panel sets the speed, and a regulator and lubricator in the included separator unit condition the supply. Rated 700 rpm with 0.7 N·m allowable torque, for solvent solutions, inks, and thinned coatings. Nothing electrical enters the room.

• Rooms where nothing electric is allowed: The drive is an air motor and the controls are a needle valve. There is no motor winding, no display, no cable, and nothing to certify. Connect 0.5 MPaG air and mix.
• Air mixers that arrive as a kit of parts: The separator unit with filter, lubricator, regulator, and turbine oil ships in the box with the hose, chuck handle, and clamp holder.
• Overload that breaks the gears: Allowable torque is a hard limit on an air motor, so match the model to the material: lower rated speed, higher torque.
