The Riceter E is a portable five-grain moisture meter built for growers and grain handlers who needed fast, repeatable readings across small grains. Using an electric resistance reading with automatic temperature compensation, it measures wheat, barley, oats, sorghum, and paddy rice directly, without a conversion table.
The Riceter E is no longer manufactured. The current Riceter handheld is our FV201 Handheld Grain Moisture Tester, which covers brown rice, milled rice, paddy, barley, naked barley, and wheat in a faster, pocket-sized unit. Owners of a Riceter E needing service or a current equivalent should look to the FV201.
