Console Driven Online Moisture System: Measurement Without a PC in the Loop
Continuous moisture measurement on a production line, run entirely from a hardware console. The sensor head mounts above the product and reports to the console, with no computer required anywhere in the installation.

Not every plant wanted a computer in the measurement loop. The KJT300 put moisture measurement on the line with a hardware console instead: the sensor head over the product, the console in the control room, and nothing else to maintain or keep running.
The head measures from 350 mm above the surface across a 50 mm spot, with no contact and no sampling, and responds in approximately two seconds. Curves are fitted from your own reference values, linear through cubic. The aluminum casting is dust proof and drip proof, the air purge hood keeps the optical window clear, and the tungsten lamp and filter motor are both rated at 20,000 hours. Up to four sensor heads connect to one console, each an added measurement point on the line.
Each system shipped with Kett’s One Year Total Care Warranty covering parts, labor, and specification compliance. Maintenance Agreements are available.
The KJT300 is no longer manufactured. It was succeeded by the KJT350, which paired the same sensor head with a PC running Kett Tracker for calibration, trending, and data collection.
