Scaling the Blade to the Vessel

A ø150 mm Dispa dispersing disc, boss mount in SUS-316, for high-shear work in pilot vessels. The 12 Series carries Heidon’s blade geometries up to pilot-vessel size on the ø12 mm shaft, where the 60 percent rule for high-viscosity work calls for diameters the ø8 mm line cannot reach.

What to Know Before Ordering

• Chuck and shaft: requires a 13 mm drill chuck mixer and the ø12 mm shaft; the ø8 mm hand chuck cannot hold it
• High shear at scale: the toothed Dispa rim at a diameter that reaches pilot-vessel walls
• Lead time: made to order, quoted at order
