Dispersing Power for Thicker Batches.

A Rushton-style disc turbine: vertical blades on a disc, for shear work in syrups and creams where a plain turbine loses grip. Part of Heidon's handmade mixing-efficiency line: fabricated rather than pressed, for benches where blade geometry decides the result. Available in ø40, ø80, ø100, ø120 mm.

• Best for: dispersing and emulsifying in medium-viscosity liquids around 10,000 mPa·s
• Disc-mounted blades: the disc forces flow through the blade tips instead of letting it bypass along the shaft
• Handmade line: fabricated stainless construction, sized in steps so the blade can be matched to the vessel
