Description
The Simplest Instrument That Answers the Question
Is the batch thickening on schedule? A mechanical torque meter answers by reading the load the blade actually sees, on a dial, with a spring mechanism rugged enough for daily production use.
Choosing Your Range
- 5 N·cm: Low torque, high speed mixing (3000 rpm class)
- 10 and 20 N·cm: Mid range work (1200 rpm class)
- 50 N·cm: Standard mixing loads (600 rpm class)
- 100 N·cm: High torque, low speed work (300 rpm class)
Mechanical Reliability, Meaningful Data
Specify the range when ordering; each meter is a fixed range instrument for maximum readability in its band. Spring torsion measurement is highly rugged and highly reproducible, giving trend data you can log by eye or timestamp against your process. A clamp holder is included for mounting. Backed by our One-Year Total Care Warranty covering parts, labor, and specification compliance.
Need electronic output for continuous logging? The GL260 Data Logger pairs with the external output mixer families for recorded torque and speed data.
