The AN920 delivers it with near-infrared transmittance: load a whole-grain sample, and the analyzer returns protein, moisture, amylose (reference value), and a Quality Evaluation Value in about 40 seconds — factory-calibrated for short rice and ready the moment it arrives.
A 20,000-hour tungsten lamp and diffraction-grating spectroscope hold results stable over long service, and an 8.5 kg footprint keeps the unit easy to site on a working bench.
