Description

Desktop Precision. Laboratory Accuracy. 5-Second Results.

Stop waiting 20 minutes for drying ovens, or dealing with hazardous Karl Fischer reagents. The KB230 uses Near-Infrared (NIR) light to measure moisture content instantaneously. Get the laboratory-grade results you need to make real-time production decisions without destroying your sample.

Why NIR Beats the Drying Oven:

  • Instant ROI: Get accurate moisture readings in under 5 seconds. Eliminate production bottlenecks caused by slow oven tests, or manual titrations.

  • The Safe Karl Fischer Alternative: Replace expensive, hazardous chemicals with safe, light-based measurement. Reduce your cost-per-test and improve lab safety.
  • Non-Destructive: Since we use light instead of heat or chemicals, your sample remains unchanged and can be returned to the batch or used for other testing.

  • Zero Training Required: Simply place your sample and get your instant moisture measurement. Eliminate the human error common with loss on drying methods, or the need for specialized knowledge for Karl Fischer titration.

  • Versatile Sampling: Store calibrations for up to 50 different products. Perfect for powders, grains, pastes, liquids, and solids.

How It Works:

  1. Place your sample on the sensor.

  2. Measure with safe, non-contact NIR light.

  3. Analyze moisture content instantly on the digital display.
