Scaling the Blade to the Vessel

A ø150 mm disc turbine, boss mount in SUS-316, for dispersing and emulsifying in pilot vessels. The 12 Series carries Heidon’s blade geometries up to pilot-vessel size on the ø12 mm shaft, where the 60 percent rule for high-viscosity work calls for diameters the ø8 mm line cannot reach.

What to Know Before Ordering

• Chuck and shaft: requires a 13 mm drill chuck mixer and the ø12 mm shaft; the ø8 mm hand chuck cannot hold it
• Shear at scale: disc-mounted blades keep flow through the shear zone in a large batch
• Lead time: made to order, quoted at order
