Instant Paper Moisture Meter: Three Sensors, One Digital Instrument
Measure moisture in copy paper, kraft, liner board, and cardboard in about three seconds using the electrical resistance method, with no sample preparation. The handheld main unit pairs with your choice of three interchangeable sensors, sold separately; at least one sensor is required.
Instant, non-destructive readings: Press the sensor to the sample and read moisture directly, with 0.1% resolution
Three sensor options: Grip sensor for single sheets, rubber sensor for rolls and stacks, constant pressure sensor for low moisture
K100/K200 compatible: Same kraft and liner calibration curves as the testers it replaced, so historical records stay comparable
Complete QC toolkit: 10 user calibration curves, 250-reading memory, averaging, alarm limits, and printer output
Benchtop Moisture Testing for Kraft and Liner Board
The K100 measured moisture in kraft and liner papers using the electrical resistance method. A handheld stamp-type probe connected to a compact benchtop readout, giving a direct moisture percentage in about two seconds without altering the sample.
Direct reading: Kraft 5 to 24% and liner board 6 to 23% moisture on the digital display
Stamp-type probe: Press the probe onto the sheet for a result in about two seconds
0-100 reference scale: Graduated mode supported custom correlation curves for other paper grades
Low-Moisture Paper Testing with Constant Probe Pressure
The K200 measured low moisture in kraft and liner papers using the electrical resistance method. Its lever-operated constant pressure probe applied identical contact force on every test, delivering repeatable readings in about two seconds without altering the sample.
Low-moisture ranges: Kraft 1.5 to 10% and liner board 5 to 15% moisture on the digital display
Constant pressure probe: Lever-press operation removed operator variation from every reading
0-100 reference scale: Graduated mode supported custom correlation curves for other paper grades
