The AW-MO answered a single question simply and reliably: how wet is this wood? Its 4-needle probe and analog meter scale delivered a direct moisture reading without modes, menus, or setup. Zero the needle, drive the probe, read the scale. For yards, shops, and operations that valued durability over data logging, it was a dependable workhorse.
Kett’s resistance moisture line has moved from analog scales to digital precision, adding automatic temperature compensation, selectable wood-group calibrations, averaging, and alarm functions.
