I contacted a couple companies about this application. In one of your competitors the sales manager did not even know they had the capability to do this type of test. My view is that Kett by far has the best upfront technical support and solution. I like talking with you as you get me quick concise accurate answers. With the others they contradict themselves and do not seem to understand what is going on. It is refreshing – you understand the technology and solution as well as the drawbacks and limitations.

I’ve been meaning to get the HB300 out to you for a calibration check.  The problem is that it seems like someone is always using it or needing it for their testing.

Really enjoy using this gauge (990). I have another gauge from a competitor but I do not trust it. Our shop is a really tough environment on instruments.

These instruments have a great history. We have only needed to check calibrations once per year. We had one instrument that remained on for over 14 years and was still accurate until the light source finally stopped working.

The 230 is working very well. I have found it easy to work with and I have been able to build calibration curves that on average match our Karl Fischer results.

Over the years the problems we have had with the KJT270 have been few, and those that we had were quickly and effectively dealt with by John and his team. It has been money well spent.

Kett NIR Analyzers – This will be the second company where I purchase them. I had the KJT270 and the KJT130 when I was at a pharmaceutical company. I was impressed it worked really well on our pharmaceutical products. I am recommending that we get them here because they are so good and simplify our testing.

All is well – trained channel 2 for product 160 and it kicks ass. Used on vacuum conveying line to monitor moisture and fat content.
